Waco (Texas), October 8, 2021: The Secretary of State today approved a certificate of formation for Innovative Chess Solutions, LLC, whereupon the said company became a limited liability company in accordance with the Texas Business Organization Code. The company will continue to be wholly owned and operated by Caleb S. Brown as the sole member and President thereof.
